B2B Trade Agreement

Welcome to Happy Meimei B2B Hub. By placing a wholesale order or requesting custom quotes, your corporation ("Buyer") agrees to the following commercial terms with us ("Supplier"):

1. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

We maintain highly flexible MOQs to support emerging hardware startups and retailers:

• Standard Sourcing: MOQ starts at just 5 units for core electronic lines.
• Custom Branding (OEM): Custom laser brand printing MOQ starts at 50 units.

2. Pricing & Tiered Quotations

All wholesale prices are factory-direct commercial rates. Tiered pricing discounts (up to 15%-25% off) are dynamically applied at checkout. Quotations provided via custom B2B inquiry forms are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue.

3. Payment & Credit Terms

To secure factory production and rapid dispatch, we support secure, diversified international payment channels:

• Secure Bank Wire (T/T): Recommended for large-scale cargo invoices to waive transactional card processing fees.
• Secure Card Checkout: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and PayPal Express for immediate, protected commercial checkouts.
