At Happy Meimei B2B Hub, we operate strictly on a B2B (Business-to-Business) wholesale structure. Please note that standard B2C consumer "change of mind" refund policies do not apply to bulk commercial invoices.

12-Month Quality Guarantee

Every commercial order is backed by our comprehensive 12-Month Quality Guarantee:

• Defective Units: If any product is found to have functional defects or manufacturing anomalies, we will ship free replacement units in your next consolidated batch or issue a direct credit note.
• SGS Certified Inspection: We perform rigorous pre-shipment quality control. Sourcing reports and testing videos are available upon request before dispatch.

Sourcing & Sample Refund

To eliminate procurement friction, we offer a Sample Refund Scheme: The surcharge of your sampling unit ($15 - $20 sample cost) will be fully refunded or credited towards your first official bulk wholesale order (MOQ over 50 units).
